Sleep disturbances


Many parents become concerned when their children do not have"enough sleep".They believe that insufficient sleep hinders growth and development. The newborn infant wakes up every 3 to 4 hours and usually takes about 3 months to settle into a day-night cycle. A full day-night cycle is usually established by five years.
